How Much Fruit and Vegetables Can You Really Eat on Weight Watchers Point System?

My friend is on Weight Watchers point system and thinks she can eat fruits and vegetables all day because apparently they are free points. She has only lost 4 pounds in 5 weeks and can’t figure out why. Could it be that she literally grazes 16 hours a day?

anything over a cup counts as a point
although they are free points she has a daily limit and still have to add those points in the limit.
vegetables are zero points, but fruit has points. apples and bananas are 2 points. kiwi, peach, nectarine is 1 point. grapes, oranges are 2 points. fruit does have a points value, but vegetables have zero.
