How Much Exercise Should I Do if I Join Weight Watchers?

im joining weight watchers and i was wondering what excercise program did people use? Well for the ones that used it and what were your results for 4 months?

At least 30 minutes per day of walking and 15-20 minutes every other day of weights. Your results will depend on how much weight you need to lose and how well you stick to the program. The average is 1-2 pounds per week.
