In Canada the Online program is $39.95 plus $21.95 per month for a total of $61.90 for the first month. But is you use the coupon below for the 3 Month Savings Plan it is $84.95 for THREE months.

If you live in Canada, you can get the 25% off coupon here:

Good luck - it is worth it!

<a href="http://kansieo.com">weight watchers</a>

You only need to take yourself and the cost for the meeting. They certainly take cash. There will also be various things you can buy there, but you won't be pressured into buying any of them. If you can, then get the points calculator, it's very useful and they will explain it to you at the meeting.

I've been to WW meetings in the UK and in USA (you don't say where you are), but can tell you it cost's about 6 pounds in the UK and about $10 or so in the US (I always get the monthly pass, so can't be sure to the penny). That is per meeting, one meeting a week. The monthly pass is always a good deal!

Don't let anyone tell you that WW is a fad diet. It's all about sensible, careful and healthy eating and living. You will learn so much about food and nutrition and so much about cooking and shopping for good food that you will wonder how you coped before!

You will be weighed, but it's discrete. You have to keep something on your feet, but you are not rushed, so you can take off your coat, put down your bag etc. There will be a meeting, with lots of information and you will be given some booklets. After the main meeting, you will have a chance to learn all a newcomer needs to know to follow the plan safely and successfully. You will likely not be the only new person. You will find other people's success very encouraging, most are happy to share information and tips.

Good luck! and enjoy.
