I am a mother of 2 children (1 y/o and 2y/o) I currently weigh 150 lbs and am 5’7″. I get low to moderate exercise daily. Right now, my family can not afford to pay for weight watchers. But I start a new job in August and then I plan on going to meetings. But for now Can someone who has the beginning books please calculate how many points I am allowed???

the first meeting is free!
and there are point calculators online to see what ur food is worth! good luck!
i think its around 25
Here is the new way to tell about how many points you receive daily:
1. Are you:
male-8
female-2
2. Age:
17-26 – 4pts
27-37 – 3pts
38-47 – 2pts
48-58 – 1pts
over 58 – 0pts
3. What do you weigh?
Enter the first two digits of your weight in pounds
4. height?
5’1-5’10 – 1 pt
over 5’10 – 2pts
5. Do you spend most of day:
sitting=0
mostly standing=2
walking most of time=4
doing physically hard work most of time=6
now add up score and that is your total # of daily points allowed. The min # of points you are allowed is 18 and the max is 44.
