How Many Points Should They Get on Weight Watchers?

For a 14 year old girl, about 5’4, weighs 101 and i wants to maintain current weight.

The point guidelines work like this;
First Two numbers of weight = 10 Points
Female = 2 Points
Ages 17 – 26 = 4 Points
5’1 – 5’10 = 1 point
Activity levels
Sitting/Standing = 2 points
Walking most of the time = 4 Points
Physical Work most of the time = 6 Points
So that puts you only at about 20 points…. However at age 14 you really can’t judge what your body needs… I really don’t think weight watchers is for you. I would just eat weight watcher recommended filling foods so that you can maintain your weight but count the points.
You don’t need to be on weight watchers. If anything, you are underweight.
