How Many Points Am I Supposed to Have on Weight Watchers?
im 5’4” 145 pounds.. i maybe 140. I have been following a 800-1200 calorie diet per day w/ absolutly no excercise..=/ Now, today, I started weight watchers. I am 14. I have parental permission and I need to know how many points im supposed to have. Today I had 20 to play it safe. =]

800 calories is way to low for anyone, let alone someone who is 14 and still growing. If you started weight watchers today, shouldn’t they have told you how many points you get? I believe you receive a book in the first meeting that should explain everything. I think the rules are a little different for you, too, because you are so young. Sorry I wasn’t much help, but just wanted to add my two cents.
You should be eating 24 points, but you need to add another 2 points for a serving of skim milk each day, which would bring your total to 26 points.
Make sure you have a parent’s approval before dieting at such a young age, and it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a physical done by a doctor.
