I am 4 foot 8 and going on 15 years old, I weigh 114, and I need to lose weight.

Hi, Whitney. Unfortunately, there is not enough information to answer your question. The points target is based on several factors that you have not listed. From what you have provided, however, I can see that your Body Mass Index would be 26, which is only slightly higher than it should be for someone your size (25 being the maximum healthy upper limit). Considering that you are 15, I would not encourage you to go on any weight reduction program per se, but to simply concentrate on healthier eating habits such as limiting fat, eating lots more fruits, relying on vegetables and whole grains to round out your meals (to make you full) rather than "seconds", and to stick with sensible portions. For instance, instead of eating several pieces of pizza, have one piece and eat a salad. Find substitutes for most of your deep-fried foods. Microwaved pop corn without added fat is a fantastic snack that you can eat a lot of—far better than greasy chips, for example.
