How Many Points a Day Are You Allowed on Weight Watchers?

Hi, does anyone know how to work out how many points you are allowed on the Weight Watchers diet? Thank you for all your help x

It depends on how much you weigh.
Depends on your weight and dieting goals.
It all depeneds on factors like age, weight, activeness etc.. There is a test at the begining of the book that helps you figure it out..
Depends on your sex, age, weight, height and activity level, with special allowances if you are a breastfeeding mom. They take all fo this and tell you how many points you are allowed.
You update your weight weekly and as you lose weight you get less points.
You are allowed daily points, and weekly points and can "earn" points by working out.
if you weigh less than 150 you can have 18-22
if you weigh more you can have like 23-25
But they say to eat in the middle of those points
don’t eat the maxium or the minium
So if you 150 eat 20ish
And if your above 150 eat 24
