Calories is a major subject when it comes to weight loss. We need to know 3 definitions: the number of calories in our food, the number of calories a specific physical action uses up each hour, and finally our own personal daily limit of calories. I uncovered the responses to all of these questions by reading the site in the box below, they have a lot of tips and tricks, I shed 10 pounds by using their methods.
weight watchers is based on calories, fat and fiber — the more fiber, less points — but average, 1 point usually runs about 50 calories or so. I was a member for 8 1/2 months and lost 52 pounds! its a great program!!
