How Long Would It Take to Lose 20 Lbs (Approx 10 Kg) on Weight Watchers?

I’m 15 and want to lose 20-30 lbs. I exercise 5-7 days a week. I heard that weight watchers was great; how long will it take?

Weight Watchers does work but it also aims for a healthy weight loss of 2 pounds per week. So at that rate we’re talking 10 weeks. However, with the amount of exercise you are doing and not eating all your bonus points, you probably very well could lose it a couple of weeks faster.

To lose weight in a way that won’t harm your health you can lose a maximum of 4lbs a week. if you are wanting to lose 20 lbs in a non-drastic way, you can lose it in about 5 weeks.
You’re just 15! Why do you want to take aid of Weight Watchers? Or any other supplemental Program for that matter? Given you exercise for 5-7 days/week, you are pretty healthy. Now if you like to loose weight, just see with a very keen eye what you eat! Cut down *ALL* fast food and soda. Get in more veggies and have smaller meals and you can start increasing your exercises slowly and steadily, get started on more games. Not only will you have shed your target weight, you’ll be a lot more healthier and gained a lot more stamina. Good Luck!
