How Long Should It Take for Me to Start Seeing Results on Weight Watchers?
I started weight watchers on Monday of this week. Obviously, i won’t see results tomorrow- but how long should it be before I see improvement? I’m also curious about how many minutes of exercise I should be getting each day to maximize my results. I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible by the time I go on vacation at the end of October. Any help is much appreciated! (:

I love weight watchers. When I did this program, I think I lost about 4 pounds the first week, and then right around 2 pounds each week after that until I hit my goal. I exercised about 45 minutes a day (4 or 5 days a week.) You really can see results fast with ww, but I think you’ll probably have an easier time keeping it off if you can slow down and be happy with a healthy loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week.
if you become a w.w. fanatic, you will lose almost all of the time. this is very difficult. i never did it successfully. 30 minutes a day is suggested. any exercise will benefit you, even if it,s a 15 minute walk.
Hi Allie,
It’s all about your life style what you really like to do and to eat. Losing weight is not that hard. Write down on a piece of paper your target for the first month – "I will lose ……till ……..", don’t watch your weight each day, once a while is better for motivation:-). Do you like sports? If not just go for walk each day at least for one hour, do you like fruits/veggies? Even better. Avoid all the "sugar junk sodas", drink more watter. Check my source, there is plenty of good tips. And smile a lot, positive energy is the best pill:-).
