		<description>Weight Watchers is designed to help you lose up to 2 pounds per week, but you will usually lose a little more than that the first few weeks. If you are very determined you could lose 5 pounds the first and second weeks and then 2 each week after that...that would put you at about 12 weeks. That is assuming that you are very dedicated and exercise 30-40 minutes 4-5 days a week.

I have been doing WW for a little over 14 weeks and am down 21 pounds. My wife lost 50 in 6 months but is very dedicated to the program. Good luck!</description>
