How Does the Weight Watchers Points System Work?
For my AS Level Food Technology coursework my project is based on low-fat meals, so I thought I’d do a page about slimming clubs. E.g Weight Watchers. Please can someone explain to me clearly how the points system works because I’m struggling to understand it at the moment.

Basically, they give you a total number of points that you are allowed to eat in a day based on gender, age, height and activity levels. Your goal is to use all of your daily points each day without going over. Then you simply calculate how many points are in the items that you are eating using a point calculator and subtract the points from your daily allowance. You have to stop when you run out of points.
