You would need the book that you get at WW. Basically you will get a book and a points evaluater device.
All foods are listed in the book for the most part and are based on a point system based on fiber, fat and calories. You get a certain points value based on your weight, height how active you are and how much you need to lose. You eat and count your points and once you reach your points for the day you are done. It teaches you to know proper serving sizes and how to eat less. You drink lots of water and get more points if you exersise based on how long and hard you work out. The points device helps you with foods that are not in the book. It does work but it’s hard b/c I found myself restricted once I got down to 15 pounds to lose.
If you want to lose weight, try eating about 1,400-1,500 calories a day and workout (really sweat) 4 times a week for about a 45 mins per session….walk, jog, step aerobics…ect.
Trust me, the younger you are the easier it is to drop weight. I lost 50 pounds at your age! And it was a lot easier thatn now, I’m 28!
