How Do You Work Out How Many Point Your Allowed a Day With Weight Watchers?

i want to be able to add up my points myself with out going to weight watchers i know its something to do with your weight and height. im 23 years old im 5ft 4 and 10st 12 thank you

I don’t know exactly since I don’t know what st equal in lbs. I can tell you that the lowest amount of ww pts you should have per day is 18..that would if you were close to or at goal weight. If you have 20 lbs to lose you would probably be at 21-22 pts per day. If you have 30lbs to lose you would be around 25 pts per day. They also use to give you an extra 35 pts every week you can use if you go out to eat..or you could have a small dessert everyday and use those points up slowly.
Try this, it will do it for you for every week, easy.
