How Do You Figure Out How Many Points You Are Allowed to Have for Weight Watchers?

I am a male, 18, 6 foot 2 inches tall, and weigh 342 pounds. Not active (yet). I don’t know how to figure out how many points I would be allowed to have. Also with the new system (PointsPlus) the old adding #s for your age, weight, height, gender, and activity level won’t work.

You seem to be aware of the new Weight Watchers Points Formula which apparently works for some people but not for others. You can see further details in the link below.
If it doesn’t work for you then you will have to try something else so perhaps you could try the negative calorie foods diet or the fat burning soup diets.
You basically have 3 choices for finding your pointsplus allowance with the new plan:
1. Join and attend a meeting
2. Join online with E-Tools
3. Buy a new points calculator which will calculate it for you
The blogger in the link below has offered to calculate pointplus targets on his calculator for people that contact him…might be the best choice (definitely the cheapest)
Exceptionally informative many thanks, I presume your current
fat burning equals weight loss
