how do you deterime how many points you can eat on weight watchers?

Your number of points is based on your weight and plan stage. Their US patent filing # 6663564 shows the ranges they viewed as acceptable
<150 lbs: 18-25 points/day
150-174: 20-27
175-199: 22-29
200-224: 24-31
225-250: 26-33
>250: 28-35
For the precise number under any specific weight watcher plan you would need to look at their current materials, but this is a good guide post. Most of their current plans put 5 of the daily points into "anytime" points so a range of 18-25 is really a range of 18-20 with 5 of the points being part of your pool of 35 for the week.
Also, keep in mind 1 point is approximately 50 calories so the difference between 18-20 isn’t huge.
