How Do I Figure Out Weight Watchers Points for the Day???

I want to do weight watchers but I dont want to go to the meetings. I have all the stuff to figure out points and things like that but I dont know how to figure out how many points I am allowed per day??? Any one happen to know?

if you use the new quiz you can keep tabs on the points ranges….here it is…..
Use this quiz to determine what your daily point range will be. Once you have that number, the board below this one will tell you the WP points for your range.
