How Do I Calculate My Daily Points Allowance With Weight Watchers Points Plus System? Help!?
I bought the new Weight Watchers companion books off Amazon thinking it also included (like the old books) the daily points calculator page. Well they don’t and I am desperate to lose my baby weight! Can ANYONE tell me how I calculate my daily points with the new Points Plus System? I’d greatly appreciate it.

There is no point quiz for the new system to figure out your point allowance. At this point there are basically only 3 options:
1. Sign up for the meetings (or take advantage of a free meeting)
2. Sign up for the online version
3. Buy a new point calculator (which now tells you how many points you are allowed after entering your info)
The reason that you are limited is because WW is closely guarding a lot of the info about Points Plus so that people will have a harder time trying to do it on their own
Hi,
This is a bit of a mystery, but if you want you can sign up for online membership to help figure out your points allowance.
& if you’re worried about the cost, why dont you use online coupons. I found some at http://www.fabuloussavings.com/online/us/weightwatchersusa/
Points Plus = p/10.94 + c/9.17 + fa/3.89 – fi/12.49
So for a Big Mac,
Points Plus = 25/10.9 + 45/9.2 + 29/3.9 + 3/35
Points Plus = 2.29 + 4.89 + 7.44 + 0.09
Points Plus = 14.71 (previous Point value was 13.97).
