Have You Tried Weight Watchers Online?

I need to lose a large amount of weight. I cannot attend the meetings, even though I have heard that those are the way to go. Is Weight Watchers online effective? What has been your experience?

Idk about online but my friend has gone to the meetings and she said they were life changing she use to be 310 and she is now down to 220. If anyway I would go to the meetings you owe it to yourself to go if you can good luck ^__^
