Weight Watchers worked great for me. I guess like anything else, you get what you put into it. Weight Watchers estimates that you should lose around 2 pounds per week. I was able to lose around 20 pounds in 10 weeks so I am happy with the program. It did cost money but the way I look at it is that you must spend money on food whether you are on a diet or not. I especially liked that I could eat my food (and didn’t have to buy special food like on Nutri System). There are two main Weight Watchers plans that you can follow:
FLEX PLAN:
Eat all the foods you love…
• Enjoy the full range of food options, while making better choices with the POINTS system.
• Choose any food as long as you control how much you eat.
• Easily handle any food challenge, even when choices are limited.
CORE PLAN:
Focus on wholesome foods without counting…
• Eat from a list of wholesome foods from all the food groups.
• Enjoy satisfying eating without empty calories.
• Have the occasional treat in controlled amounts.
If you live in Canada Weight Watchers is offering a 25% off coupon. You can get it here:

I am sure that there is one for the USA too…
Good luck!
weight watchers works on a point basis where every serving of a certain food is worth so many points and you have to plan your meals around how many points each serving of food is. this works amazingly well and is cost friendly i lost sixteen pounds in three months using wieght watchers.
It worked for my mom! There is a point system related to the different foods you eat and so you can regulate how much you should be eatting at each meal.
Hi,
Do u Know how many points u should eat a day?
