Has anyone tried Alli along with Weight Watchers?

Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I have done Weight Watchers before and I really liked it. I am thinking it might work well along with alli, since alli recomends control of your fat intake to avoid the “treatment effects.”

I tried weight watchers and took alli at the same time. It really does work. Just make sure to excersize as well if you are losing more than 15 lbs because you will get droopy skin if you don’t. Another thing is for the first week make sure you are by your toilet. You will be pooping alot.

I’ve never tried it but I heard some bad things about it. People are abusing the side effects to give them diarhhea when they dont eat as well as they should. That’s got to be uncomfortable! I think you’ll do fine with the weight watchers. Lots of people have had success on that diet. They teach you how to eat so that’s a good thing you can keep forever. Good luck!
