Hi,
I am trying to loose maybe close to 40 pounds by march. I have started the weight watchers things. I only eat two a day but also incorporate a salad and fresh fruit and veggies. Has anyone lost weight on this program?

That is not how weight watchers works. Also if you don’t eat enough your body will slow your metabolism and you will lose less weight. Also, the smart ones dinners are full of sodium. Even the ww leaders don’t recommenced them all the time.
Try WW the real way. You may not loose it all by march, but at least you will be doing it the healthy way.
Some people say that targeted weight reduction is not feasible however if you happen to be having difficulties to shed weight from your midriff it might possibly be due to additional waste by-products in your colon, not additional fat. You will have a diet supplement to flush out as much as twenty lbs from your torso, there is a risk free trial at http://colon-cleanse.r4z0r5.com

Well I haven’t eaten the frozen dinners, but I’ve followed the points system, and I lost about 2-3 pounds a week normally.
I have lost weight using all of the lean frozen dinners including the Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice varieties. It sounds like you have started on the right path. Make sure you have something for breakfast as well to jump start your metabolism in the morning.
I have lost 80 pounds (some of which was with weight watchers)… I do not recommend eating frozen meals. They are high in sodium, and simply not as nutritious for you as freshly prepared food. If it’s the convenience you are after, I would try tuna salad sandwiches on whole wheat and veggies for lunch, instant oatmeal for breakfast, a big salad with protein and a yummy dressing… make a list of foods that you like and are convenient, and how many points they would be… if you do not know about points, PLEASE read up about them, or ask someone who is on weight watchers, because if you do not eat the proper amount (not too much, but not too little) you probably won’t lose and/or won’t feel well. Also, weight watchers has good health guidelines… for example, don’t eat white bread, eat whole wheat; drink 8+ glasses of water, etc. Also, exercise is crucial. If you MUST go for the frozen meals all I can say is eating frozen meals is probably better than being overweight, even though it is not the ideal way of eating. Good luck!!
