I associate my self esteem with my weight, as many people do. I tend to let it affect my whole entire life. I wake up every morning thinking, you could be so pretty, only if. I want to be able to be healthy & love my self. Truly feel good about being me, because I know I am a wonderful person but I cannot see that due to my weight. I believe Weight Watchers can help me change my life for the better. I’m tired of going back and forth with Weight Watchers. I’m ready to start my life.
Weight watchers has changed my life, and I am so sincere when I say that I love and am very grateful to this program. Being healthy to me, means loving myself and respecting my body for being good to me even though I have not been good to my body for many years. It means learning the healthy values that will let me cure my body of problems and that will help me do everything possible to raise healthy children with a healhy approach to food without mental or emotional struggles.
It means, no more walking with pain, being able to running and playing with my kids, no more hiding from the camera, being happy in my skin, feeling **** for my husband, living to a ripe old age, show people that it can be done, getting a new wardrobe, being an example for my kids, not having indigestion, no more headaches, having more energy, doing something to make me a better person. It mean victory is mine.
