this actually makes enough for four buy it stores great you will need one sm. box sugarfree instant chocolate pudding i 8 oz container of sugarfree cool whip 1 tbs of peanut butter make pudding according to label add pnut butter to thawed cool whip stir layer pudding then cool whip and so on if you have parfait glasses it makes you a really pretty dessert low points enjoy
