A huge thanks to my gym buddies Janelle and debbie who have been wonderful support throughout my fitness and weight loss journey. I must say I would have never believed that 2 people could wear my clothes at the same time. It was a shock at first to realise this. I am so pleased I went to weight watchers and made the changes to become healthy :) Have a fantastic week ! Donna :)
