FYI weight watchers is having a promotional wherein they waive the registration fee if you sign up for the monthly pass. Weight watchers worked for me for a variety of reasons, here are the key ones.
1 – You can eat any way you like (I chose to eat fresh and healthy food, but not "fat free" everything like some of the leaders suggest (I think REAL FOOD is best)), as long as you count points.
2- Accountability… you track/journal your food, exercise, even vitamins and water (self-accountability), and more importantly, a “stranger” is going to take your weight each week, and mark it down in PEN! Hehe (hey, it helped me keep on track, so whatever works, right?!)
3 – Ideas and motivation… other members come in with new “food finds”, recipes, and inspiration (OMG, she lost 4 pounds this week? Wow someone is getting a 100 pound loss charm for their keychain?!)
If you have a hard time sticking by a diet, then this might be helpful.
I personally don’t do it any more since I couldn’t remember to track my points. But I only did it online. People I know who’ve done weight watchers have lost lots of weight and look great.
If you do it, go to meetings. Then you get more support. You can also do a free two week trial to see if you like it.
The typical weight loss is one to three pounds of loss per week.
to be honest it does not matter about weight,my mum tried going there and it worked and instead of going there go buy some wait watchers food from the supermarket.
Yes, it works. I know lots of ladies who have lost skads of weight on this program. Plus, you get to eat whatever you want.
Weight Watchers really does work, as long as you stick to it.
I think Weight Watchers is great because it really is not like a diet.. It is more of like watching what you eat while still eating the food you love and very affordable.. It works but you have to stay on the plan.. It is not hard at all.. I lost 20 pounds on it.. I recommend still eating lots of fruits and veggies to make you full so that you can save the other points for the food you love maybe around dinner or lunch.. Good luck!
Weight Watchers is a very popular, successful diet. Many, many people lose weight every day by using Weight Watchers. However, this diet may not be the right diet for you. You have to figure out if it will work for you. Read this article about how to choose the right diet for you.

Weight Watchers helped me change some very bad habits that I had with food choices and portion sizes. I lost a little over 20lbs in a couple of months but more importantly, the new habits that I learned are mine for life!
It is good to hear you mention exercise – it is a very important part of any weight loss program.

i recently lost 25 pounds with weight watchers. i loved it because it does work and u are not required to exercise but if u do that even better. even after i stopped i had become such a great eater i continued to lose weight. i didnt even go to the meetings
I have never used weight watchers, but know some people who have.
I think it is a very good program because besides the knowledge you get about what/how much to eat, you also get the emotional support and can share your doubts and achievements with a group going through the same exact thing that you are.
This is a blog from a friend who has lost a lot of weight with WW. I think it is worth a visit: http://oriongirl.com/Oriongirl/Weight_Watchers.html
Good luck!
