Does Weight Watchers Only Work for Overweight People?
I have been trying to lose about 10 lbs for a while now (1/2 a year) and I’ve been exercising about 3-5 times a week, doing at least 40 minutes of cardio, but my weight just won’t seem to budge. I’m averaged size and my BMI is about 20.4. I’m contemplating on trying Weight Watchers and my concern is that it will not work for me as most people who join the program are overweight. Has anyone of average weight tried WW and still lost weight?

The term overweight spells out different things to different individuals. It’s a good idea to set off at the beginning, and ascertain whether you are actually overweight for your size or not, by working out your BMI (Body Mass Index). You can learn how to do it at the web resource in the box below, they have plenty of tips and tricks, I lost 6 pounds by taking their advice.
OMG. It definitely works for everyone. My mom joined WW when i was in college & when i returned with an extra 10 pounds on my 120 lb. frame decided to follow it — but not neccessarily “join” — since i didn’t have a ton to lose. I’ve been out of school for 5 years and since then the WW program helps me snap back into shape everytime I feel like i need to… Simply the knowledge of a high fiber /low fat diet has done wonders…i don’t follow it to a T all of the time — a girl’s gotta live…but it’s nice to know that the knowledge/tools are there. You must be sure to plan your meals & to measure and not guestimate when it comes to servings — i think that’s a key factor.
