Does Weight Watchers Online Give You Books and Everything Like That Like the Meetings Do?

Im trying really hard to decide which one of the weight watchers are better…the meetings or the online program… I want to start as soon as possibly since there seems to be a lot of deals going on but I really just dont know whats perfect for schedule… HELP!!

Choose the meeting! You get so much more out of a meeting. I am a lifetime member.
I honestly have to say that going to the meetings is by far better… and more effective.
There are meetings early in the morning, at night and on weekends and there are several locations for them. So you won’t have a hard time making them… unless you give yourself excuses not to.
It also gives you a chance to meet others and over time you can go for walks with them, etc.
