Does It Matter What Age You Are to Start Weight Watchers?

I am supposed to start Weight Watchers, but am scared that I am too young. I just want to find a way to get the weight off. So does anyone know if there is a certain age to start Weight Watchers?

There is nothing to be afraid of! There is nothing embarrassing that happens there. They don’t point you out unless you have a weight loss. We have seen lots of ages and sizes of people doing it. More important, give yourself credit for wanting to do something about your weight and doing it healthy!!!! Good luck to you!
