Does Eatting the Weight Watchers Food Products Really Make a Difference to Your Weight Loss?
I’ve been eatting the Weight Watcher’s meals, biscults, yohurts and crisps. And loads of fruit in between and veg with my dinner. And have’nt seemed to have lost any weight, in face I’ve gained 2 pounds!!
I’ve stuck to my points, and even sometimes not even used all of them. I’ve been on this diet for 2 weeks – will things change in time?

It takes longer than two weeks. It’ll take about six just to see a start. And don’t forget to exercise, you’ve got to burn off more calories than you take in. That’s the whole basis of weight loss.
you have to count the calories. go on caloriesperhour.com and figure out the amount of calories someone w/ your height, weight & age should consume per day. BMI & BMR calculators. then stay under the limit of that calorie amount. you can eat nothing but cookies and lose weight if you eat only the amount of calories allowed.
you could eat nothing but celery but if you exceed your calorie limit you will gain weight.
it’s really not about the carbs or fat…IT ALL COMES DOWN TO CALORIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
good luck
