I don’t like the way pills make me jittery and need to learn better eating habits. I want to know if people have had good success with weight watchers.

My wife lost 50 lbs doing WW in about 6 months and has kept it off for 2 years now. I will be starting it myself next week. Good luck in whatever you choose!
yes, my cousin is on it, has lost over 20 lbs in 2 1/2 months!
it can work, but I recommend getting good moral support!
I’m not sure I can say much about Weight Watchers. My mom tried it, and it didn’t really work for her. One thing she did say she liked, and what worked for her was Doctor Phill’s Diet. It’s basically a book that teaches you how to eat healthy, and how to live a healthy life. It really worked for her, and she was able to use the suggestions and recipes in the book, to change it to fit her lifestyle. I had a look through the book, and I liked what I was reading. It had a lot of things that would both fill you, and would fill you with healthy stuff. I would recommend the book to anyone.
The best thing I can tell you to do, is to try different things. Weight Watchers may work for some people, but for others it might not. Maybe it will work for you. Just try different things, and maybe it will work, and maybe it won’t.
Good luck with you’re search!
