I am 26 and I sit most of the day (cause of my job). I use to do Weight Watchers and I would like to start it again on my own. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I of course will exersice with this program. It has worked for me in the past.

Weight watchers is bull IMO because they make you go by the standard BMI. BMI is dangerous to go by because it doesn’t factor in muscle mass. I weigh around 160-170 but with a proper analysis, I was found to have large amounts of muscles, especially in my arms.
Sounds like you’d go by 26points daily. Don’t do it though, diet and exercise instead!
24 points. If you have all the materials, you can definitely do it on your own. I love weight watchers! I started the plan and going to the meetings in January and have lost 35 lbs! (with exercise) I have 12 more to go, but I know I can do it. Go for it!
remember WW is releasing a new program on November 29th, 2011. It is going to be great. It will shake things up and make us focus on better foods. Sweets and bread are going to be costly in points, where as fruit will be free. I can’t wait to see it. Points will be re figured based on the new plan.
