Does Anyone Have the Recipe for Weight Watchers Taco Soup?

I would like to find the one that has only 2 points per serving. Any other good Weight Watchers recipes would be appreciated. Thanks =)

1/2 lb ground beef
large onion
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 cup (or 1 can) diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomatoe sauce
1 can of corn (10 3/4oz)
2 cans pinto beans
10 oz can rotel tomatoes
2 cup water
brown meat and onion. Drain. add all ing., stir, and simmer 1 hour.
3pts=1cup
I do, but my cookbook says 1 cup would equal 3 points. Here it is anyways, hope it helps.
1 can chili beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 can corn
1 large onion, chopped
1 lob lean ground round
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
Brown ground round and onion, drain and rinse well. Pour all ingredients into a large pot, undrained, with the onion and ground round. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Other weight watchers recipes that I have:
Chicken Spaghetti
4 points per serving; serves 6
8 oz. cooked chicken or 2 cans chicken breast
3 cups cooked spaghetti
3 oz. Velveeta light
4 and 1/2 oz. chopped green chilies
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion, cooked with spaghetti
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, cooked with spaghetti
Mix Velveeta with soup and green chilies and heat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a sprayed 13x9x2 dish, cover with foil, and cook until heated thoroughly, approximately 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Pinto Bean and Beef Casserole
7 points per serving; serves 10
1 lb. ground round or chopped sirloin
2-14 oz cans stewed diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2-15 oz cans pinto beans
2-6 oz pkg corn breadmix
Brwon ground round, drain excess fat. Combine ground round, tomatoes, onion, and beans in a large bowl, mix well. Pour into a 9x13x2 baking dish. Prepare cornbread using packagae directions. Pour over beef mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 min. Let stand in closed oven for 30 min. more or until cornbread is dark borwn. If too dry, add tomato juice.
Zesty Black Bean Dip
5 pints per serving; serves 4
8 (6") corn tortillas
1 (15oz-16oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1-8 oz. jar salsa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Spread out the wedges on the baking sheets and bake until crisp, about 10-15 min. While tortillas are baking, combine the beans and salsa and place in bowl. Place tortillas in a basket and serve with dip.
Million Dollar Pie
3 points per serving; serves 16
***This makes 2 pies, you could cut it in half to make one.
12 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
1/3 c. lemon juice
20 oz. pineapple tidbits;drained well
15 oz. peaches, drain well and cut into bite sizes
14 oz. Fat Free Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
12 Whole Graham Crackers
5 T. I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter Spray
Crush graham crackers. Add butter spray and press firmly into pie plates. In separate bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; fold this mixture until it is thick. Add pineapple and peaches; stir. Fold in cool whip and pour into crusts. Place in the refrigerator until well chilled.
Apple Pie
2 and 1/2 points per serving; serves 4
4 Granny Smith apples, sliced
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. apple juice
cinnamon
1 cup grape nuts
Place apples in 9 in pie dish. Add raisins, pour apple juice over apples and raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add grape nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are done. Makes a great dessert or breakfast.
Strawberry Pie
2 points per serving; 4 servings
1 and 1/2 c. cold water
4 pkg. sugar substitue (like equal or splenda)
2 T cornstarch
3 c. strawberries
1 small pkg. strawberry sugar free jello
Mix water and cornstarch. Bring to boil. Add jello and sugar substitute. Stir well. Cool. Add berries. Pour into cooled crust.
Crust:
Crush 8 (2 and 1/2") graham crackers. Add 8 t. diet margarine. Press in pie pan sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Coconut Cookies
1 point per cookie; makes 20 cookies
2/3 c. Low Fat Sweetened Condensed milk
1 c. corn flakes (the cereal)
1 c. rice cereal
3/4 c. coconut (I use the frozen kind that has been thawed)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheat with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and drop by walnut size spponfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool one minute before removing from pan.
