Do You Get a Weight Watchers Points Tracking Book if You Join Online Without Going to Meetings?

I’m looking to join Weight Watchers to lose 10-15 lbs before my wedding next May. I don’t want to attend meetings but I would like a weight watchers points book, do you recieve this from joining online?

Im not sure if you get a book from online weight watchers but you can get it from other places besides weight watchers. My friend joined weight watchers at work and its not real weight watchers, they just have the books and have meetings like they do. Also you’ll have no problem losing 15 lbs by then as long as you keep it off. Ive heard from everybody that it really does work, even from the people who dont stick to it, eventhough youre not supposed to think that way. My cousin joined two weeks ago and has lost 10 lbs or so. Im 19 and even thinkin about going to drop a couple lbs. If you cant find the book, look up how many points your allowed and count one point for every 50 calories you consume and thats pretty accurate.
