Losing weight is easy. Just watch what this gentleman is preparing at 1:15: A salad! Forget about deserts, sweets and junk food. Eat six small meals a day and a lot of salad.

What worked best for me: Eat veggies and drink two glasses of water at EVERY lunch and dinner. It always amazes me how much a difference a can of green beans can make. If I buy a whole chicken, and eat only chicken, I’ll eat the half of it. With a can of green beans, and two glasses of water, just 1/5 of teh chicken is enough.
