Did Weight Watchers Work for You?
I just started weight watchers today, and I’m hoping it’ll work! I need to lose about 15 pounds and I have 3 months to do so! I’m wondering if anyone has tried weight watchers, and has it worked for you? Please leave any helpful tips, or you’re own personal stories about your weight watchers expeirience below! Thank you!

YES, i love weight watchers and i lost weight while i was doing it. I went to the meetings because i knew i wouldnt be able to do it on my own. I lost about 30 pounds and learned a whole lot of cool stuff about diet and exercise. the people that work there at the meetings are really nice. the best thing about weight watchers is you dont have to give up delicious food. Its all about portion control and exercise. Good luck and i hope you have success.

After I had my first child I was 30 pounds over my normal weight. I was too poor to join weight watchers. BUT… I bought the weight watchers book and followed it with strict adherence.
I lost ALL my weight and was in a string bikini within a month.
When I first started I was miserable and upset because I wanted all the foods I was used to eating. I still do miss them however,I work in what I can. Thankfully,my mother knows how to cook and makes us things to eat so,things don’t get boring. My Mom,Dad and I am on this diet. We are all doing very well and are slowly losing weight. I have lost about 14 pounds in a two month time frame.
It works if you work with it and figure out what foods you have to have. Like if you can’t live without soda,then,make room for your soda. If you need chips then,make room for chips. It also helps to have family support or a friend’s support.
