I have a scale where you put a plate or bowl on and then hit a button and it will take away the weight of the plate so you get the weight of the food if that makes sense it is a digital scale that’s glass. you’ll get back on track I was struggling to go back to basics if you have to that’s what I did and have changed things as I needed. I already feel so much better, and I know it’ll come off. I just worked out for an hour and five minutes. It was awesome! :-)

    Thank you!

I am excited to use it myself. Also, to try and get portion sizes as close to exact as possible. For me, snaking is a major issue, and I think if I go buy some of my favorite snacks, weighing them, and portioning them out is best. And of course putting the points outside so I know when I grab them.

    Thank you!

    It’s nice seeing you again!

I bought a digital food scale last march and can only agree with you: it’s really really helpful!! I never new how much difference like 10 grams can make with some foods (especially carbs, nuts etc…). It helped me a lot to realise how much I overate and to control my portions.

Sometimes it’s a little tiring, weighing everything (I do that most of the time).. but for me it’s a good way to control myself, which I always had – and still have – problems with.

I notice that if I do not track, I do worse. You just need to get back on track. You will lose the weight that you gained.
