go girl! weight watchers is a lifestyle change thats why it works. you remind me of faintstarlite – who is such an inspiration and also sucessfully followed the ww programme.
As of last week, I weighed in at 232.9. At the beginning of the year I was 270, so my TOTAL is actually 37, but since joining WW, I have lost 14.3; does that make more sense? I hope it does.

ok so i am not trying to be rude but i couldnt understtand did you say ur total loss was 214.3 or 14.3? sorry didn understand..umm i am happy for either one though this was my first week of WW and im excited bc i go to get weighed in today… and its my second time joining but im gonna stick to it…HAPPY FOR U THOUGH !! Keep going the reward in the end is the BEST FEELING EVER.!! Plus ur doing awesome!!
I have a virus, and it won’t let me get on MSN. It isn’t too harmful, but it’s annoying, I can’t download stuff, and I can’t open documents and whatnot.
I can’t believe your “friend” would do that! I have an extra account or two if you want to use them, instead of buying a brand new set of stuff.
Yeah.. I can’t get it back because my “friend of 13 years is the one who gave me the account which weas blank.. and he is also the one who sold them.. mine and my husbands for 400 bucks.. nice huh

I would love to live in another country, but it’ll be nice to visit for a week too. I do want to know what foods I have to try, healthy or not, I won’t feel guilty. It’s an experience that I want to take advantage of fully.

My account was hacked a few months ago. They got my account back up and running, and gave me back everything I lost; they can’t do anything for yours? That’s a shame.

Do it! Halloween is just another day, there just happens to be more foods available at this time to snack on. Usually they’re the mini snickers and tiny candies, they’re not even worth the points- they don’t fulfill any desire of mine, so I just avoid them!

I am a compulsive eater too, and weekends are definitely hard. Honestly, I think because the first few weeks I chose to have my weigh-in’s on Monday it helped me realize that the weekends are just another day – not a chance for me to overeat. I try to not eat in front of the computer or TV, because I eat a lot more and mindlessly more points than I need.
Because the food is downstairs (my computer is upstairs, and I’m on it basically always) I don’t have snacks readily available to binge on.
Yes, it does feel great to continuously say week after week “lowest weight ever”. I hope that this sticks for good, because I can only be at this weight for so long before health problems occur. I’ve been lucky so far.

YAY! I am so happy for you! I have never tried WW but I have always heard such great things about them. Keep doing what you are doing because it’s working! I am trying to take off 10 lbs by Christmas.. BLAH its hard .. too bad we cant work out with each other! and a side note.. not only did I lose my sister 2 weeks ago.. but my two level 80′s were hacked and i cant get them back! worst week ever! And London!? Awsome.. i love it there

ive been doin weight watchers as well … for 5 weeks so far,.. been doin good but tottaly screwed up today and yesterday this damn haloween weekend i need to redeem myself

ya im on week 3 and 2 days, the weekends always ruin it for me, it freakin sux, i do fairly well during the week and on weekends completely eff up. i **** it. i think its the lack of structure (getting up late, missing breakfast etc) anyway im having big issues picking myself back up again and saying its okay start over again tomorrow. UGH! lol how do you hanldle it ?
ive lost 6.5lbs in 2 weeks and am a compulsive overeater (binge eating)
