Could You Lose Weight by Doing Slim Fast and Weight Watchers?
As of right now I am doing weight watchers and my weight is stuck at a weight as of right now and I was just wondering could I do the slim fast diet with weight watchers does anyone know??
And what is slim fast all about?? I know they have those protein drinks and some other things but that is basically it of what I know??

Normally on the weight watchers diet once you’ve lost some weight you have to lower the amount of points you eat. I know several friends that have lost lots of weight on it. I guess if you want to include slim fast you’d have to allow the correct points for them for it to work. Slim fast gives my mum constipation.
