danielle here. ok, me and trish really need to get together. we’re both hitting milestones but in different sections of ny! lol. i hit my 5 lb milestone this week and was uber excited!

Very proud of you! I lost a lot of weight this year and I primarily thank my change in my food intake. I permanantly cut portion sizes, and overall I ate healthier.
For the first 3 months I ate delicious foods, but I didn’t eat ANY candy, chips, nor fast foods. NOR FRIED FOODS! NONE! I didn’t drink any pop, I stayed away from packaged foods and any food with LONG INGREDIENTS LISTED!
When I worked out, I made sure I SWEATED! Forget my hair! My Health is too important.
After the first 3 months, I transitioned into my new lifestyle. I still don’t drink pop, nor do I drink anything with added sugar. I still stay away from foods with Long Ass Ingredients…for the most part (lol).
I can eat fun foods once in a while, but I eat healthy 90% of my life. I may eat pizza or cheese sticks (lol) before having a few drinks on the weekend, but this is not how eat often at all!
I look great! I feel healthy & Great! And though it wasn’t easy, it is worth it!!!!
