Can You Eat More Than Just 3 Day a Meals on Weight Watchers Frozen Meals? Will It Ruin the Diet?
I’m 5’2 and weight 125lbs. I’m trying to lose 10lbs with weight watchers, but the thing is their meals are so small. I get hungry so fast. I wonder if it’s okay if I eat like 4 of their meals a day and allow myself to have some fresh fruit too? oh and can I have some snack like cookie, etc, like when I watch tv and stuff, but just a little?

You do not have to eat weight watcher meals to be on weight watchers. You can eat ANYTHING that you want, you just have to calculate how many points it is using the calories, fat & fiber of the items and a point calculator like the one on the reference site below. You eat anything that you want just as long as you don’t go over your daily point total.

Well, frozen meals aren’t even good anyways.
What you should do is eat fresh, organic foods.
You’re also supposed to eat at least 5 small meals a day.
Keep it under 2000 calories, and you should be fine.
Exercise daily– Do cardio workouts and tone yourself.
