I’m a female, 20, sedentary (sitting most of the day), 5’4”, 153 lbs. I’m hoping someone with the new calculator can find out how many points plus I get. I’m also wondering what happens when you lose weight and go into the next 10-lb range, like if I lose 3 lbs and go into the 140s, do I still only lose 1 point? Thanks much!
