it's not healthy for anyone to lose that much weight in a short time. If you want to lose 32 lbs your goal should be to do it over the course of 4-6 months.

There has been study after, study after, study that shows that the average weight watchers person loses 10 lbs in . . . . . a year. Google them! Do you think that is a short time.

I work with a Doc and she has explained to me that is because they do not promote healthy weightloss. On their program you will damage your metabolism so that if you look at cookies, smell bread, or drive past a McD's you will instantly put 2 inches on your hips and ****.

For a weight management program that really works you have to look at changing all your habits long term, including your thinking. Check out my docs program at
lower left side under services transition lifestyle.

Let me know if this helps. By the way the average weight loss with this lifestyle is 12lbs in 12 weeks, but more importantly 4 inches to the waist and 4% body fat. Now that is something!!!!

Ok thats a lot of weight...and you're not that big to begin with...110lbs is small.
Stick to the weight watchers, I'm not a fan but its easy enough to follow, and exercise loads.
It'll take months to lose it all though
