Dogs are not really meant to eat human food … and cow milk (which I am sure the WWVS contains) is also not good for dogs … many are intolerant of it. So I would say that on some level, yes, it will hurt the dog but probably not substantially.
It is up to you as the owner/master of the dog to decide what it eats.
