I’m 14, 5’5 and 130 pounds. I feel really fat. Can I do weight watchers? Or how do I lose weight?
I do excersize, but the weight doesn’t come off. It just comes back like 2 days later.

To join Weight Watchers at 14 you will need a note from your doctor which I doubt you would be able to get because you are hardly what would be called fat. For your age and at your current weight, your ultimate goal should not be to lose weight but to just maintain your current weight as your body continues to grow.
If you are really concerned, increase the intensity of your workout, don’t drink anything with calories, and cut back on any snacking. That’s really all WW does is helps you keep track of what you eat. The article below tells how to do WW at home if you really feel you must.
No.
Your body is still growing.
Try joining a gym. If you don’t want to exercise, then there is no way of losing weight, as even weight watchers has to be accompanied by exercise. You just need to get motivated.
good luck!
