Anyone Gone on a Weight Watchers Diet and It Worked for Them?

I am going to try weight watchers next month and I am curious if it worked for anyone, thinking about doin the point system

not sure about weight watchers or nay thing like that because im only 16 but i have this diet that worked for my family and firends and their family lol so give it a go its really effective and provent to work good luck with it
!
YOU MUST DRINK 5 X 8OZ GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY.
THE DIET MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO LOSE 10LBS IN 3 DAYS.
DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, ½ grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 spn of peanut butter or small tin baked beans.
LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4 oz tuna, 1 slice toast.
DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 4oz beetroot, 1 small apple, 4oz vanilla ice cream.
DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 1 egg, 1 slice toast, ½ banana.
LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4oz cottage cheese, 5 saltina crackers.
DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, ½ banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.
DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.
LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.
DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.
THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT MIX OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT & PEPPER CAN BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING.
THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME. IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 10LBS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF DIETING YOU CAN EAT NORMALLY BUT REMEMBER NOT TO OVERDO IT. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 40LBS IN A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO IT.
TOAST MUST BE DRY. NO BUTTER OR MARGE.
SALTINA CRACKERS ARE TUC OR RITZ.
that’s the best thing to do if u want to loose weight in a healthy way, it a slow step but its not a hostile way,,,y friend was in a weight watchers diet and it works for her.
I can tell you that the point system work for 95% of the people who use and stick to the flexiable program. My wife used this and lost a ton of weight several times and has started again last monday since the birth of our child. I never used it in the past becasue I was competeing body builder and required a specific diet. Since the Borth of our child and several life changes I have moved on from the body building life style and have goined some unwanted weight. Tried this diet last monday and in one week lost 8lbs and did not have to deprive myself of too many things. Now I am not fooling myslef about of those lbs was due to water weight but I still see and feel a diference and that is what matters. I really think this is a system that works over all and costs next to nothign compared to jenny craig and nutrisystem witch cost hundreds per month becasue of their meal plan.

Weight Watchers is the only thing that works for life, THE PLACE TO GO. Be prepared to attend one or more meetings each week. Be prepared to cook. Veggies, chicken, fish, fruit, brown rice, ….. become totally involved and you will be successful for life. You will never have to do this again if you stay connected to the Weight Watchers meetings. Also helping others helps you more. The best to you. Reaching Goal is not a destination but a journey for life.
I just started three weeks ago. Going with the list, not points. It is SLOW weight loss. Maybe a pound a week at best. But it is a healthy way to do it. Low fat, low sugar, low salt. No processed foods, all natural. You can probably do this on your own. Portion control is key. No more 16 ounce steaks. And frequent eating to keep metabolism high. It’s going very slow for me, but then I am 51. Will work better on younger folks. I’ll have to be on this for a whole year to make my goal. I doubt I will make it. Pizza is a drug to me.
my mom does weight watchers and it’s helped her a ton. mostly what they do is educate you about how healthy foods are/making good choices and provide a good support system for people struggling with weight. Seeing the change in my mom I would recommend it to someone else.
It helps some people because you have a network of fellow dieters to support you, but there is nothing magic about it. It all comes down to eating a better diet & daily exercise. There is no substitute for that. Good luck.
I did the points system and lost 60 pounds! It’s great! I recommend weight watchers to everyone. It’s not a diet just a life style change! The first couple of weeks are hard, but after that it gets better.. Don’t give up and you’ll be fine!
Everyone who has done weight watches looses weight, I think it is the best program out there
They teach you portion control, which is the key to dieting
They talk about why you are overeating in the first place
They talk about using exercise in your plan
It really is a great way to loose weight now and in the long run
They also encourage you by giving silly little gifts whenever you loose a certain amount of weight, like key chains and bookmarks, it sounds silly but it really does help people feel good about their accomplishments
If you are really ready to loose weight I would definitely recommend it

i have, i lost 2 and a half stone on it. i really firmly believe its the best and easiest way to lose weight, iv tried everythin els and its the only one thats ever worked for me and it also helps u maintain ur weight when ur done, rather than puttin it all back on.
i did the points system too cos i love bein able to snack on anythin and everythin, but the core system is good also, it jus depends on what works best for you!
well first i was very fat but now iam slim i reduced 8kgs well wen i was on diet i used to eat 2 biscuits with tea and juice at 12 and in lunch i use to have one chapati and no rice and for dinner only fruit and with it excersie the most imp thing wen u are on diet hope it will work for u and believe me it wont let ur charm of the face go
Weight watchers is great I lost 50 pounds and it is not a diet. it is a lifestyle change and they will tell you that because you will not succeed if you have it in your head that it is a diet. It works I have to go back and finish my weight loss journey because I had a money situation and couldn’t go for a while so I am going to rejoin and start again. It is really awesome and people lose a lot of weight. I lost 7.4 pounds my first week and it only took 6 months to reach 50 so do it. It works. Good luck!!! they dont get all agitated if you gain weight either they try to help you figure out why you gained and how you can resove no to do it anymore. It’s really a great program.
