Anyone at All Have the Solution to Getting in to the Weight Watchers Website?

I signed up and belonged before.. I love the site and want to use it.. have tried everything weight watchers tells me to do.. but I feel it is on THEIR END
I have trouble getting in to site and if I do the login usually never works.. I have done many things that ww tells me to do.. and doesnt help.. I have a new pc and do NOT have ANY problems with any other site at all
