That was hilarious when you said “I have a sticker over my weight in case my boyfriend sees it and says ‘holy shit’!!” HAHAA. You’re funny!
PS. I’m doing Weight Watchers right now too and I get weighed in on Saturday mornings. After I get weighed I ALWAYS make that day my “treat day” and eat whatever I want. It keeps me sane and believe me, it works!!

YES! TREAT DAYS ARE AMAZING! I used to let myself have a happy meal every Saturday after my weigh in 2009 and it worked! It definitely keeps you on track!

Glad to see ya back and that you’re doing well. I like the idea in taking chocolate chips with the banana. Yum! The York Pepperpint patties come in a M&M size candy that you can buy in a big bag. Check it out in the candy aisle, they also come in Reese Pieces. Helps the chocolate fix! I made a banana smoothie this morning with peanut butter and had it for breakfast. It was delicious!
