A Weight Watchers Friendly Recipe! Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
This is VERY good! 6 servings at 6 points per serving Ingredients: 1 pound uncooked broccoli florets 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast 8 oz sliced portabello mushrooms 1/3 cup low fat sour cream 12oz low fat cream cheese ½ tsp tarragon 1 cup fat free chicken broth 1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium Vidalia onion (chopped) 3 cloves of garlic (minced) ½ cup white wine Salt and pepper to taste
